In your marriage, are you feeling more separated than connected? Is your partner more of a stranger than a friend? Has sharing touch and affection diminished? Do you sometimes doubt or wonder if your mate loves you? If either of you were asked “after yourself, who is the most important person in your life, would you both answer “you are”?

I have worked with couples since 1970, and have been married since 1960. Through work, study, and experience, I know what makes healthy couples healthy. When we work together, we work toward marital wellness. You can expect sessions that are focused, interactive, goal oriented, and results driven. The whole point is you succeeding in your marriage.

With families, do you feel your spousal connection is unraveling as the demands of family take over? Have you bought into the currently marketed myth that “kids are the center of the universe”? Is your family becoming increasingly disordered and hectic as you chase about to make sure you fulfill everyone’s needs? Are your kids your “clients” and not family members? Are you being reduced to a “service provider” for your family? Are you sick of your family acting like self concerned individuals stopping in a way station?

At Phoenix Process Consultants we work at re-instituting family. We help restore and strengthen parent leadership. We challenge family members to be members and contribute. We help families restore and deepen a shared sense of belonging.

Your sessions with us will be brisk, goal oriented, interactive, and meaningful. At the end of the day, your family will experience individual significance within the cohesion of the family.

Finally, I also act as a consultant. From 1984 I have worked with CEOs, presidents, owners, managers, supervisors, and work teams.

The emphasis has been:

  • Settle the conflicts.
  • Establish the work teams and relationships.
  • Learn the tools and processes to be high performing.
  • Chart and commit to the long term direction, growth, and results.
  • Develop and maximize the people.
  • Celebrate the accomplishment and successes.

Within this organizational framework you can expect:

  • Quick and direct conversation.
  • Pinpointed and detailed assessment and feedback.
  • Active learning and training aimed at course correction and performance improvement.
  • Leadership and team development that pushes toward desired results.
  • Planning for current and future responses.

Having worked with businesses, churches, schools, government courts, and professional practices since 1984 I welcome new challenges.
