The Phoenix Wellness Process
The Phoenix Wellness Process is designed for individuals, couples and organizations to address:
A lack of purpose in life.
Feeling overwhelmed by perceived mistakes, regrets, or other negative feelings.
"Missing out" on life, or life has little meaning.
An inability to overcome life's difficulties, or feeling powerless.
Feeling captive to the struggles of life, and having no control over challenges or life direction.
Using ineffective methods of coping, which have now become barriers in themselves, and hinder living a purposeful life.
Living life "for" other people, or feelings of obligation that contribute to feelings of powerlessness.
Being not fully alive, unable to move towards living fully, and feeling generally "stuck".
Struggles and barriers to achieving fully connected and satisfying relationships.
